Our hosting provider Vercel processes technical connection information, such as IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time, to deliver and secure the website. This serves our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. This marketing website does not load advertising or audience analytics trackers.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, the information you include and your message. We use this to respond and prepare a possible collaboration: to take steps at your request before an agreement, or for our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries. Our company policy retains contact enquiries for handling and follow-up for up to 24 months afterwards. Legal obligations may require a different period for contractual or accounting records.

Service providers

Hosting and email delivery require service providers. We do not sell personal information. The Bair Company privacy policy describes arrangements for processors and transfers outside the European Economic Area.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion, and where applicable restriction, portability or object to processing. Email admin@baircompany.be. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
